About Professional Skill Development Center (PSDC)
Since its inception, we have focused on helping our students develop advanced skills in areas like Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Project Management, and Compliance Management.
We offer Post-Graduate Diploma courses that prepare you for today’s job market. We train young minds to think beyond the theories and concepts found in textbooks and focus on building real skills through practice and perseverance.
Our offline classes give you the chance to interact with your peers and trainers. We also keep our course fees affordable and offer flexible payment options. At PSDC, we believe that high-quality training and education should be available to everyone in this country.

At PSDC, we believe that students learn best when they can apply their knowledge. In Bangladesh, the education system often focuses too much on theory. Our mission is to shift this focus by providing hands-on training in our courses.
We create real-world projects and case studies that help students gain practical experience. This prepares them to tackle real job challenges analytically with confidence.

In Bangladesh, graduates might struggle to find their first jobs due to a lack of essential skills. Our mission is to address this issue directly. We work closely with local industries to identify the skills that are in demand.
For example, a student in our Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management course learns both the basics of HR and practical skills like interviewing techniques and employee onboarding processes.

Message From Our Visionary Founder
When I was in university, I focused on getting straight A’s in every course. I thought a good CGPA will help me find a job in the top 10 companies in Bangladesh. But after graduation, as I started attending job interviews, I realized something was missing.
My university provided me with a solid understanding of management theory. But it did not prepare me with the practical skills that employers look for while hiring.
Again, throughout my professional life, I saw many employees who have huge experience but less problem-solving skills, less analytical skill and less reporting skill, that’s why their career slowed down.
I realized that employers need people who can effectively manage a team and handle real challenges. This inspired me to start the Professional Skill Development Center.
